The CODMAN Sof’wire Cable Instrument System, used in conjunction with the Sof’wire Cable System, is indicated for small bone fixation. Sof’wire cable fixation can be used for, but is not limited to, nondisplaced fractures of the humerus, ulna, radius; interspinous, interfacet, and sublaminar internal fixation for ligamentous instability; maxillofacial fractures and sternotomy closure.
