The AccuDrive™ offers a unique off-board cable drive mechanism to mimic the control of a hydraulic drive without the problem of fluid leakage. The modular design of the AccuDrive™ allows for future upgrades and simplified removal during deep brain stimulator implantation. The rugged design of the AccuDrive™ allows it be steam autoclaved and the lightweight construction prevents overloading of the stereotactic frame.
