The CODMAN MICROSENSOR ICP Monitoring System provides highly accurate measurements of intracranial pressure at the source-subdural, parenchymal or intraventricular levels. The information is relayed electronically rather than through a hydrostatic column or fiberoptics. The platform of our technology is the clinically proven CODMAN MICROSENSOR strain gauge transducer. The transducer is placed into the brain either subdurally, parenchymally, or intaventrically. The CODMAN ICP Express Monitor is a very easy to use menu driven interface that provides a digital reading of intercranial pressure. It

The ICP Express Monitor is intended to serve as an interface between the CODMAN. MicroSensor ICP Transducer and compatible patient monitoring systems. When connected to a MicroSensor, the ICP Express Monitor provides a continuous numeric display of the mean, systolic and diastolic intracranial pressure. For detailed waveform analysis the ICP Express Monitor generates an output signal that may be interfaced directly to the pressure channel input on most patient monitoring systems.
The ICP Express Monitor is designed for use wherever ICP monitoring is appropriate, such as emergency rooms, oper

The mulit-parameter monitor offers a broad range of functions
to attain new levels of parenchymal and ventricular monitoring
through fiberoptic technology at the source. Features of this
advanced monitoring system include:
• E asy to Read Display. The MPM1 color display delivers an
ICP waveform, digital CPP, ICP and ICT readouts.
• T rend Analysis. The MPM1 provides continuous recording
and display of ICP and CPP values over the most recent
12 or 24 hour period.
• Compact and Portable In Design. The MPM1 can be
attached to bedrail or pole mounted and connected
to hospital bedside monitoring sy

The fiberoptic transducer-tipped pressure catheters, used
in conjunction with our single-parameter monitor, provides
continuous intracranial pressure (ICP) measurement.
• Easy to Read Display. Delivers digital ICP readouts.
• Compact and Portable In Design. The SPM1 can be
attached to bedrail or pole mounted and connected
to hospital bedside monitoring systems for added
functionality. A built-in rechargeable battery permits
monitoring during transport.
• High ICP Alarm detects a rise in intracranial pressure
according to user selected limits and facilitate early
recognition and intervention.
